Grocery Department

Featuring the best of the US and Canada. Your favorite brands are found in our aisles. The variety ranges from baby food to your favorite breakfast cereal to popcorn, peanut butter and pet food. We also import a wide range of England's favorite items.

You'll stroll down an entire aisle of all the health and beauty care products you would find at home. Serious sun worshipers will be glad to see we sell the entire line of Australian Gold sun tan products.  We carry a large variety pharmaceuticals at competitive prices.

Dairy Department

Frozen Food Department

A frozen food section that stretches the length of the store stocked with a great assortment of products that ranges from Haagen-Dazs to Stouffer quick meals, including vegetarian dinners,  frozen fruit juices, vegetables, desserts and appetizers.  We offer a great range of frozen products from Presidents' Choice Canada.

Fresh Meat Department

A full selection of USDA choice beef, Black Angus beef, USDA chicken and pork. Fresh seafood is flown in from around the world as well as locally caught lobster and conch from our local fishermen.
